A message from our Principal, Laura Saylor...

Hi, my name is Laura Saylor and on behalf of the entire Central Montessori Academy community, I would like to extend a warm welcome to you.

We have tried to capture the heart, soul and mind of our school in this web site, so if it feels like it may be a match to you and your family, please give us a call and come check us out. I hope to meet you and your family in person and take you on a tour and to answer your questions live and in person!

At Central Montessori Academy education is not about lecture, drill, or rote memorization. Education at Central Montessori Academy is about providing each child with the experience to learn in a way that works for the unique individual they are. The children then live what they learn; making the lessons become a part of who they are, instead of something to be forgotten after the test has been given.

As our school continues to grow, we are looking for families who share our values and beliefs about what an education can be. Our goal in admissions is to find the best possible match between student, family and school.
