Board Contact Form
This form generates a secure and confidential message which is sent directly to the Executive Board’s email inbox, and is intended for the following purposes.
- To submit topics for Board review, such as for general awareness and discussion, or for a proposed policy update.
- To express interest in serving on the Board or a Board committee.
- To request that an item be added to the Board Meeting Agenda. (NOTE – Agenda topics must be submitted by the 1st Friday of the month.)
- To report suspected violations as defined in CMA’s Whistleblower Policy. (NOTE – Your name and email address will be necessary for follow up purposes.)
