1: Visit the School
Begin by scheduling a no-obligation tour to see our classrooms. The tour takes 45 minutes to an hour and is for parents or guardians only (no children please). We prefer this to be in-person, although it can be done virtually.
To schedule a tour, call us at (513) 742-5800 or send a Tour Request.
2: Apply for Admission
Complete the Enrollment Application with a $50 non-refundable application fee.
Kindergarten and up: complete and submit a Record Request Form that will help us retrieve a previous school or care center’s records.
3: Student Interview
On their own, your child will meet a teacher and explore the facilities. The goal of this process is to make sure we are the right fit for your child, and that your child is a good match for CMA.
- Pre-primary (age 3 & 4)
A student must be fully potty-trained to enter the pre-primary program. Your child will spend about 20-30 minutes in the classroom, during which the teacher evaluates their interest and engagement with the works in the classroom. - Kindergarten (age 5+)
Your child will spend about an hour in the classroom, working with the teacher to discover their developmental and academic milestones. The child must be able to follow directions and willing to be part of the group. - 1st – 6th grade (ages 6–12)
The child attends CMA for a half-day from 8:30 am – 1:00 pm. The teacher works with them on their developmental and academic milestones. The child must be able to follow directions and willing to be part of the group.
4: Sign the Agreement
Once your child is accepted, you will complete and return an enrollment agreement to TADS along with a $300 tuition deposit per child. This will hold your child’s space for the applied school year.
To begin, fill out the Inquiry Form to schedule a tour.
For any questions, please call (513) 742-5800 or email [email protected].
