Mission and Values
The mission of Central Montessori Academy (CMA) is to create a nurturing environment where children can develop academically, socially, and emotionally:
Respect individuality. CMA values each child as an individual and part of the community.
Encourage independence. CMA teaches children to be self-motivated, responsible, and independent.
Foster creativity. CMA encourages children to think outside the box and be creative.
Build confidence. CMA helps children develop confidence by teaching them to be self-reliant.
Support social skills. CMA teaches children how to socialize with peers and adults in a healthy way.
Develop mindfulness. CMA encourages children to be mindful of others in their community.
CMA is a private, nonprofit Montessori school in the northwest suburbs of Cincinnati, Ohio. It offers programs for children from toddler through sixth grade. CMA's classrooms are led by Montessori-certified teachers who create work plans for each student.
