Financial Assistance

If you need assistance with payment for extended day care, Central Montessori Academy is part of the Ohio Afterschool Child Enrichment Program (ACE). Read CMA regulations and how to apply.

Payments

Payment is handled by TADS, a third-party tuition management and student information system. Payments can be spread in ten installments.

This fee is all-inclusive. We do not charge additional student fees for supplies, technology, guest speakers or field trips for standard program offerings. Additional fees for special education services such as intervention services, speech therapy, occupational therapy and reading specialist may apply.

There may be additional fees charged for optional special after-school activities that are in addition to the standard program.

  • Multi Child Discount (2 children) 10% discount on higher program cost. Both children must be enrolled in five full days for the discount to apply.
  • Multi Child Discount (3+ children) 10% discount for all children

Payment Options

  • Pay in one full payment
  • Pay in 10 monthly installments (July – April)
  • The tuition rates you see above are all-inclusive.
