Required Fees

Required Fees: 

Application Fee: A one-time, non-refundable fee of $50 for first-time applicants
Instructional Fee: $750 for 2026- 2027 school year
Enrollment Contract Deposit: A $300 deposit per student is required with a completed enrollment contract, signed through TADS. The deposit comes off your total balance for the 2026-2027 school year.
Enrollment contracts are binding, and families are responsible for full tuition and fees regardless of attendance.
Tuition Management (TADS) Fee: $40-$55 processing fee depending on which payment option you choose.
Please note: Ohio State Scholarships do not cover school fees, which remain the responsibility of the family.

Financial Aid & Scholarships

  • CMA does not offer merit-based financial aid at this time
  • CMA participates in the EdChoice, Jon Peterson and Autism Scholarships

Deposit & Payments

Payment is handled by TADS, a third-party tuition management and student information system. Payments can be spread in ten installments.

  • A non-refundable deposit of $300 per student is required at enrollment and applied toward your total balance (payment and enrollment happens in TADS).
  • Tuition payment options include:
    • One full payment
    • Ten Monthly installment (July – April)
  • A one-time TADS payment processing fee of $40 (one payment) or $55 (multiple payments) applied
